Wire EDM

With our Wire EDM capabilities, we are able to achieve tolerances within +/- .0002 and the ability to cut tapers up to 30°. Wire diameters include .004" - .010"

• Charmilles Robofil 440 - Sub-merged wire EDM with autothreader. 21.5"x13.75x16" travel and 30° taper.
• Charmilles Robofil 310 - Wire EDM's with autothreader. 16"x10"x16" cutting travel and 30° taper.
• Charmilles Robofil 300 - Wire EDM. 16"x10"x16" cutting travel and 30°+ taper.
• Charmilles Robofil 510 - Wire EDM with autothreader. 28"x16"x16" cutting travel and 30° taper.
• Charmilles Robofil 4020 - Submerged Wire EDM with autothreader. 17.7"x12.59"x9.0" travel and 30° taper.
• Charmilles Robofil 2020 - Submerged Wire EDM with autothreader. 12.6"x8.6"x6.0" travel and 30° taper.
• Charmilles HD8 - EDM Drilling machine 13.8"x9.8"x13.8" travel. (.012, .020, .040, .060, .118 diameters)

Water Jet

With our Water Jet Cutting capabilities, we have the ability to easily cut an array of materials and thicknesses, from stone, metal, plastic and glass, to rubber, ceramics, composites, aluminum, tool steel, stainless steel, mild steel and titanium.

• Techni Waterjet TJ 3000 X2 - 5'3"x10'6" of cutting travel. Accuracy of motion is .001". Maximum material thickness is 6". 60 Degree Beveling Capability - capable of producing parts with a true angle up to ±60° with continuous rotation.
• OMAX Model 2652 with TILT-A-JET - 26"x52" cutting travel. With the Tilt-A-Jet it allows for virtually zero taper with most materials.

CNC Lathe

• Nakamura-Tome Slant 1 - 12" diameter capacity and 12 position turret.
• Mori Seiki SL-15 - With tool pre-setter and parts catcher
• Storm 300 - 3.05" thru the spindle with 12" diameter capacity and 12 position turret. 20" turn length max.
• Mori Seiki SL2500 - 4 axis with sub spindle, full C axis and live milling on both spindles. 3" bar capacity.
• HAAS TL25 - With sub spindle. Full C axis on main spindle. 16" Chuck on main. 4" bar capacity.

CNC Mills

• HAAS EC-400 - Horizontal Machining Center; 20" x 20" x 20", twin-pallet system, 30 hp vector drive, 12,000 rpm, 70+1 side-mount tool changer, Full 4th-Axis Rotary System, and rigid tapping, through spindle coolant, Renishaw Intuitive Probing System.
• HAAS VF3SS - Super Speed Vertical Machining Center; 40" x 20" x 25", 30 hp vector drive, 12,000 rpm, high-speed 24+1 side-mount tool changer, 1400 ipm rapids, rigid tapping, High-pressure through spindle coolant, Renishaw Intuitive Probing System
• HAAS VF3 - With 20"x40"x25" travel. 7500 RPM Spindle, 20 position tool rack.
• HAAS VF5/50XT - 26"x60"x25" travel, 50° taper, high-pressure through spindle coolant 1000PSI, 7500RPM, equipped with Renishaw Probe.
• Mori Seiki SH-40 - Horizontal Mill - 2 Pallets, 12,000RPM Spindle, 40 position tool rack.
• Matsuura 500V - 16"x30"x16" travel, 6000 RPM Spindle, 20 position tool rack.
• HAAS Rotary Table - 8.27" Diameter capacity with tailstock.

Swiss Screw Machines

• Star VNC32 - 1.250" bar capacity screw machine with live tooling, sub-spindle.
• Star SR-16 - .625" bar capacity screw machine with live tooling, sub-spindle.

Grinders

• Okamoto 12x24DX - Auto Surface Grinder with 12"x24" travel.
• Mitsui Tech - Surface Grinder with 6"x12" of travel.

Engraving

• Newhermes-Vanguard 7000 - Cylindrical engraver - Flat or round stock up to 6" diameter.

Deburring

• The sPINner - Deburring machine works best on small, precision parts, made from non-ferrous metals including: aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel and titanium. The deburring process will not affect tolerances or damage delicate parts.
