Wire EDM

With our Wire EDM capabilities, we are able to achieve tolerances within +/- .0002 and the ability to cut tapers up to 30°. Wire diameters include .004”-.012”.

Water Jet

With our Water Jetting capabilities, we have the ability to easily cut an array of materials and thicknesses, from stone, metal, plastic and glass, to rubber, ceramics, composites, aluminum, tool steel, stainless steel, mild steel and titanium.

  • Techni Waterjet TJ 3000 X2:
    5′ 3″ x10′ 6 of cutting travel. Accuracy of Motion .001″. Maximum Material thickness 6”. 60 Degree Beveling Capability – capable of producing parts with a true angle up to ± 60 deg with continuous rotation.
  • OMAX Model 2652:
    With TILTA-JET – X-Y Travel 26”x52” cutting travel. With the Tilt-A-Jet it allows for virtually zero taper with most materials.

Deburring

The sPINner deburring machine works best on small, precision parts, made from non-ferrous metals including: aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel, and titanium. The deburring process will not affect tolerances or damage delicate parts. Vibratory Tumblers
